Refund policy

 

If your items arrive damaged or incorrect, please email us immediately. All issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order

Please be aware that to place a claim with the courier you must have detailed photographs of all items and packaging, to prove your parcel was adequately packed and how it arrived to you. 

This does not apply for orders sent with the selected shipping option of “Bagged” as this is at your own risk as stated in our Terms of Service. 

All returns must be approved by Design Supplies before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Printed Vinyl: We cannot exchange/refund printed vinyls if you change your mind, as all orders are printed to order.

Change of Mind Returns: We do not accept returns for change of mind or on clearance items.

Wrong Item: If we have sent the wrong product in error or missed something out, we will remedy it immediately. We are very sorry if this happens, we are only human.

Shipping Fees: Non- refundable once the order has been shipped

Restocking Fee: Please be careful when selecting your items, there will be a 7% cancellation fee if you choose to cancel your order once it has been placed. 

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damage / incorrect, in which case shipping costs will be covered.

Refund Processing: We will notify once the item / items have been received and inspected and the refund has been approved. Once approved refunds or store credits will be processed within 3 business days. Bank refunds typically take 2-3 business days whil store credits are processed almost instantly
